Welcome to Guitar Master Path. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of my website and the purchase of my online guitar coaching services.

By accessing this website and booking a lesson, you agree to accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Guitar Master Path if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Services Provided

I provide one-on-one online guitar lessons, coaching, and related educational materials. All sessions are conducted digitally via online video calling software (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams), as agreed upon prior to the lesson.

3. Bookings and Payments

Payments: All payments for single lessons or packages are processed securely through Stripe.
Billing: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your time slot.
Currency: Prices are displayed and charged in the currency specified on the checkout page. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or credit card provider.

4. Rescheduling, Cancellations, and Refunds

I operate a strict 24-hour notice policy for both cancellations and rescheduling. For full details on how rescheduling works, the 14-day validity of lesson credits, and the conditions for refunds on packages, please refer to my Refund & Cancellation Policy

5. Intellectual Property

All custom educational materials provided during the lessons—including but not limited to sheet music, tablatures (tabs), backing tracks, exercises, and video recordings—are the intellectual property of Florin Șerban (Guitar Master Path)
These materials are provided strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or sell any of these materials without my prior written consent.

6. Code of Conduct and Right to Refuse Service

I strive to maintain a positive, respectful, and focused learning environment. I reserve the right to refuse service, cancel any upcoming lessons, and terminate the working relationship without a refund if a student exhibits abusive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior during a session or in written communications.

7. Technical Requirements

Since the services are delivered online, it is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection, a working webcam, a microphone, and your instrument ready at the scheduled time. I am not responsible for lesson time lost due to technical difficulties on your end.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Șerban A. Florin PFA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or the guitar lessons provided. The maximum liability for any claim related to the services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific lesson or package in dispute.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
