Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Guitar Master Path, I am dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized guitar coaching. Please review my refund, cancellation, and rescheduling terms below before booking a session.

1. One-on-One Lessons & Coaching

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a lesson, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Upon notification, you will receive access to choose an open slot from my booking calendar. Any rescheduled lesson must be booked and completed within 14 days of the original session date; after 14 days, the rescheduling credit expires. Lessons rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
• Cancellations: If you cancel a lesson at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund or session credit. Once a lesson has been delivered, it is strictly non-refundable.

2. Lesson Packages

• Unused Sessions: If you purchase a multi-session lesson package, any remaining unused sessions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase upon request. Completed sessions are deducted at the standard single-lesson rate.

3. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

To request a refund, reschedule a session, or inquire about your booking:

• Send an email to florinserban@guitarmasterpath.com with your payment details and original booking date.
• State the reason for your request.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe directly to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
